The Wiki loves women (WLW) team was in Abuja for a 2-day event starting on the 18th and ended on the 19th of November as an on going activities to honor women of Nigerian descent. The event was co-hosted by Techher , Wikimedia UG Nigeria (WUGN), Wiki Africa and Goethe Institut.
This is the second time our team will be staging WLW event in the city of Abuja, the central capital of Nigeria.
Our team was invited for this event as a direct consequence of the previous event hosted with Pink Project Blue.
The show gathered Nigerian women in some of the federal government agencies with focus on ICT.
The event created and expanded pages on wikipedia and also uploaded images to wiki commons.
