He managed to capture their attention to produce more content on important women from Cameroon and on Cameroon through the Wiki Loves Women project and the photo competition Wiki Loves Africa.

It was on Saturday 24th of September 2016 in ActivSpaces in Douala where during the wikithon, we created the article aboutDora Decca, Cameroonian artist and we trained to learn how to insert a photo in an article after uploading it in Wikimedia Commons.
First workshop on creating new articles in Douala
After launching the first public event in Douala on the 6th of August 2016, it was important to move to a more practical phase and start creating encyclopaedic articles. The meeting which took place on Saturday 13th of August 2016 helped us creating the article on Elisabeth Medou Badang.
